Pre-K Classroom

The Pre-K program at Creative Beginnings is designed to get our four-year-old learners ready for kindergarten. In the Pre-K program children will learn all letter sounds, CVC words, digraphs, and sight words. Children will also learn how to count to 100 by ones, fives, and tens. Along with counting to 100 (or higher), children will learn to do essential addition and subtraction. Throughout the school year children will develop their independent learning skills, lead class circle time, and do independent problem-solving.

Anne Sullivan

Anne joined our team in September of 2021, and we are so grateful to have her! Anne comes to us with over 20 years experience in the field of early childhood. She earned her Associate Degree from Lasell College in 1990. Anne brings an abundance of fun and exciting activities to the classroom, that truly engage the children! We look forward to many years with Anne!

Meg McMurphy

Meg has been with Creative Beginnings since February of 2024. She attended Keene State College where she studied Early Childhood Education. Meg has worked in a variety of preschool settings in New Hampshire. Her passion for teaching, dedication, and softness has made her a wonderful fit for our PreK program!

Lily O'Hanlon

Lily joined our team in May of 2024. She attended Southern Maine Community College and has worked in various settings, including as a children's ski instructor! Lily is nurturing, talkative, and kind. We are so glad to have her as part of our team!

3:30-5:00 Rotated Choices/One on one work

5:00-5:30 Books/Pick-up
